Truly a wonderful, pain-relieving routine! This really helps take the edge off of sciatic misery. A go-to routine for sure!

I had the worst sciatica flair up ever last night. I was close to tears. I am 67 years old and suffer from stenosis and herniated disks in lower spine. this wall exercise has proved useful in the past. I found your you tube this AM. After relaxing with some THC oil ( first time in years) I was finally able to move enough to follow this video. Ah sweet relief. your energy and the vibe of this vid is healing. thank you.
