Today was the first time I have done this with you. I have been looking for exactly this . I had a fall about 3 weeks ago I hurt my right knee and I have been getting pain down my thigh. I feel an improvement already. Thank you ๐๐

The tennis ball was a wee bit awkward for me, think my hips are too tight. I have been told to use a roller for my tight calf muscles that are now causing pain on top of foot. I could use it for your video too. What am I looking for in a roller? Soft.. very stiff?

Its calming downy knee and hand arthritis.
