This is a very effective workout. Lots of good stuff in a relatively short period of time. Well-designed and, as usual, superbly animated. Using 5 pound dumbbells, I found the weights section a challenge.
There were a few Moments of Truth that had me huffing and puffing. Thanks, as always, for your good work. Much appreciated.

I missed the lower back stretches that you have on some of your other videos so I just added them. actually I went to the stretch 10 minute video and added it. Keep those new videos coming.
