Thanks for your videos, I really appreciate them. What's your take on isometric exercises for tendon related issues? Especially in the context of the achilles tendon. Are there any that you'd recommend or would you not use them for the achilles tendon? I know they are used quite often for the patellar tendon with exercises such as the spanish squat.
