I just discovered your post, I am 85 and dissatisfied with my aging body, to look as you do it must have had help from surgery touch ups. That is not available to me. I was always thin until 50. I am from France and eating a balanced diet is wired in. Lack of activity in Winter led to slowly increasing weight and now it affects my balance. I do want to intervene before I get further limited.
I will follow your posts to get a sense of your life philosophy.
