Update on my post a year ago: I'm now 83 years old, and I do this routine three times a week to keep me flexible. Works like a charm.

Ann Raven says:

I have been doing your seated exercises for seniors almost every day. I also send you money each month. Now, suddenly, there are commercials interrupting my workout. They have to stop! Okay?

cathy pap says:

Thank you! My next BD is 80. Before COVID I used to exercise twice weekly at the Senior center. During COVID we didn't meet for exercise and I managed to fall down in the house 🏡 on 4 occasions , the last one I cracked my pelvis in 4 places and spent a whole month on my back in a hospital bed until I healed. Now I walk with a cane for security.
You are doing a wonderful job for us elderly people, giving us back our mobility . I look forward to working out with you, Coach!

Hello, I have saved this routine for a long time, two months ago I do it two days a week, before I could not lift my ass from the chair, now I can, but not much, I am happy I am also incorporating series that you do with your wife, excellent, I am 64 years old and it is important not to squeeze or force the knee.but more series sitting on a chair are needed, Greetings

from Barcelona Spain.
