How much time i need to fully recover from this?I have it for maybe a month and i don't have big problems with it, i take a break from sport and i start doing exsersice,foam roling and icing my leg 3 times per day.
Great vid. Eric, I’ve been dealing with PT for 1.5 years. Today, I completed 5×8 slow up-and-down pistol squats on a slant board, but I can still feel tightness in my hip and it still feels locked, which I think is the source of my PT. I do other exercises daily to increase my hip mobility. Do you have any recommendations of exercises to focus on to release my hip and fix my PT? I run 35 miles per week right now.
Hi Eric,what about chondromalacia or patella tracking syndrom – should you use them? (apart from the other videos that you presented on your channel that I know)
I am interested in this video and will be trying these techniques to try and cure my knee pain. I cant find the blog post you mention in the video can you send me a link ?
i play volleyball and my knee hurts mainly when im doing my three step approach (left->right->left), during my penultimate step, i.e right foot. only my right knee hurts. landing doesnt really feel painful. i think its because im over-loading my right knee. which exercises will help me with this?
That jump just causes a lot of pain for me. Maybe this is for someone with a mild case and is already very fit. Not for someone like me who got this problem from not working out since getting office job .
Is is little bit of quad activation fine when doing it
Any dropping from any distance hurts my knees like hell. 😬

Sir I have very difficulty in walking and i have to go to university what should i do to walk in univrrsity without crutches??
Is a plate really enough or should we use a wood plank?

I've got this pain because of playing badminton…Should I continue to play it during these exercises or should I take time off?
Can I keep playing basketball while doing this or should I take time off?
