This 45 minute chair workout is suitable for beginners and seniors who are ready for a longer workout. The chair exercises are safe for beginners and include cardio, strength training, core training, and stretching. This is definitely tougher than the usual 30 minute class due to the longer duration but go at your own pace, listen to your body, and do what works for YOU. You can always slow down the pace if it’s too challenging (or speed it up).

Hello Jules, very good training, you give enough space so that we can clearly see the movement of the exercise, without rushing, getting up from the chair is a bit difficult for me, but with the time that I am following you I am achieving it little by little , and if necessary I bring my chair closer to the table and hold on to its edge!!

Great workout!! I've been doing low impact aerobics/light weights interval exercises for a while, but I've developed pretty bad arthritis in my knees and some of those moves are detrimental right now. I love a good seated workout and yours is just what I need. I have limited range on some of the moves, but I can do all of them and feel great afterwards.
