In this workout we’re using a simple playground ball that you can buy at any general store or online.

Using the ball is a great way to add resistance, focus and variety to your workouts. If you don’t have a playground ball you can easily substitute these movements with a small couch or bed pillow or you can always just perform these movements as they are without a ball or pillow.

This workout is completely seated so you can feel comfortable as we take you through motions that incorporate your full body.

From upper body movements to lower body movements, this is a great way to stay flexible, relaxed and feel accomplished.

As per every exercise only do what you feel comfortable with and avoid pain or discomfort. Never force any movements and only use a range of motion that best works for you.

Also, don’t forget to take lots of breaks and drink water.

Have a great workout!

Team Meredith
