In this session, we’re adopting the use of resistance bands to add some resistance to our simple routines.

Using bands is a great way to get a little more work out of your movements which is a great way to help strengthen your muscles and add flexibility.

The movement in this session when adding resistance bands will help you with things you do every day like lifting objects, walking, balance and overall wellness.

I hope you have a moment to give this a try and as always, only do what you feel comfortable with, remember to drink lots of water and don’t forget to have fun!

just for me im going to slow exersize with exersize band and eat better not for looke but for me start today and for life slow daily exersize to help balance and streght during cancer treatment i only do exersize can do never hurt youre self

Love your workouts but I purchased some resistance bands that seem to be much shorter than yours, how long is your resistance band? Mine is 471/2 inches long.
