In this video, we’re using a simple playground ball and sturdy chair to do some simple resistance exercises geared toward strengthening your overall body.

Having strength in your upper body and lower body allows you to be confident in your day to day activities and using a playground ball is a great way to help with this.

Using a playground ball also allows you to focus on your movements in a comfortable seated position.

As always, only do what you are comfortable with and have lots of water by your side.
