I recommend that you mention some cautions on your video. NO ONE with osteoporosis should be doing anything involving spine bending movements such as your FIRST exercise! This is NOT safe, in fact could easily cause a spinal fracture. I am a certified senior's fitness instructor who teaches 12 classes weekly at the age of 65 however, taught 20 weekly for years…….
