Hi Danielle, I have been doing the 20 min face yoga for the 50"s for 3 weeks along with several of your other videos for eyes, mouth, chest, and neck. My face seems to be toning up alittle still having marienette lines doesnot seem to be working well in that area and also my neck seems to have gotten worse. Is that possible. lol I am doing the exercises just as you show on the video. Is this normal and when will I be able to see some changes in the lines around my mouth and neck. Thank you

Definitely make sure your hands are totally clean before putting your hands inside your mouth. I washed my hands but afterwards touched phone and other things. I assumed they were clean enough and did this exercise. I just got diagnosed with Covid so I should have disinfected them or washed them again right before. My bad. Use caution and be safe.
