Hi Mike . i have Lumber and sciatica pain i couldn't walk i sow your exercise video then i follow step by step i feel little bet better i have pain on my lower hips. Pain goes on my left leg get numbness tingling burning now i m doing exercise two times a day thank you very much Mike. You are goof physiotherapy
