I'm a man, and I have really reworked my core, done a lot of weights and at 62, I am in better shape than when I was in my 40's, you wouldn't believe it…….one problem tho….what do I do about the loose skin around my gut, now that it's flat and tight…Anyone out there got ideas?

How am I supposed to see the leg lift when the movement is not even there
This is really not that helpful since the picture is just a picture there's no movement why would you not do movement why put this in a video form if it's not going to it's frustrating
