I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned this to you before or not, but I really am not a big fan of cardio as a form of exercise or weight loss. In fact, I’ve lost over 50 lbs 3 different times after having babies without adding any cardio routine into my fitness plan. Don’t get me wrong – I’ve done my fair share of 5ks and mud runs, walks, bike rides, HIIT, swimming, and sprints in my day.
But overall, me and cardio don’t really jive well. I try to do as little as I can lol.
And, by cardio, I mean running on a treadmill or biking or running stairs or generally doing something on a machine at the gym purely to raise my heart rate so I can burn calories.
For the longest time, though, I thought that cardio was the only way to lose weight. I mean it’s all about calories in versus calories out, right?

Cardio is harmful to me..
What if I cut off eating at a later time? I have a almost 2month old so maintaining milk supply is very important to me. And he also nurse while I’m sleep at night. That alone burns about 500 calories. I also hate cardio but thinking about doing a step aerobics class. I’m trying to be patient with my body. With my 2nd all I did was cut calories & strength trained. Went down to 122LBS in 5 months. I’m on my 3rd baby and I’m not eating crazy again while pregnant cause it’s so much work to get this extra weight off! I’m currently 144lbs (last I checked) I hate the scale lol I’m trying so hard to love my body in all stages.
I’ve been strength straining regularly for a month and half and I haven’t seen any scale results should I be doing something else

I’m living in a nomadic lifestyle so I don’t always have access to a kitchen or even a refrigerator in the normal sense. I can store food to a degree but it’s a bit harder so any tips will help! "Eating clean" is so true for my case. Even though I do calories deficit but eating junk, my weight will stuck. But If I'm cooking the food by myself it will shed easily – the weight loss will show progress day by day😂
Dose this work for guys to or just women
Higher metabolism? A lb of muscle burns 5 to 7 calories a day. You put on 6 lbs of muscle in a year and you burn a whopping 30 to 42 calories more a day and it took you a year. Or you could cardio from day 1 and start buring 200 calories in 30 minutes starting on day 1.

Cardio is good for you anyways, so please try to incorporate it into your daily routine. Even 5 minutes a day is enough.
What else is protein apart from fish, vegetables, meat,legumes?
