Ah…NO. Thirty yrs with Sciatica. This practice is way too painful to be for sciatica. I'll stick with my yoga teacher.
The child pose feels like my back is going to snap any possible moment. Am I doing something wrong?
I practice with you for a year now. And I enjoy it very much. But I have a suggestion, that would help those who are not familiar with all the poses. Please, start with the pose on the side where the camera is filming. It will make things so much easier!
