Sierra Sanchez says:

I did my first PT for my shoulder impingement yesterday. My pain feels worse today. Is that common???

NH Stuff says:

Two things:
1)I've become a fan of Bob and Brad over the past year-plus as I'm dealing with AC joint issues and their "latest" video segments are both education and entertaining. This must be one of the earliest and I loved the "retro" feel to it.
2) These exercises work! I do them daily (among many others) and so far have avoided surgery.
Thanks guys!

George Lange says:

This works for me. I’ve endured quite a lot of pain and did not get much help from my chiropractors and physio people here

Kevin Finke says:

7 years later and they’re still wearing the same color shirts and ties… good thing I come for the advice, which is excellent!

Chris Mahfouz says:

I slipped down when mopping a few days ago and hurt my right shoulder trying to prevent the fall-pulled it back and sideways and it hurt. I will try these exercises! Thank you!

Milan V says:

I had shoulder pain during certain movements for 8 months now. I used the lockdown situation to get some rest but nothing got better during the past month. After 3 days I significantly feel better and feeling very minor pain only and not the whole movement, but only around the peak points. I did these 2 exercises 1-2 times daily for 4-5 minutes. Thank you very much!

Gar La says:

Upright Rows , Behind the neck Barbell presses are the main cause for shoulder impingement, Stop 🛑 Doing these !

TaxEvasion says:

Do lat pushdowns help with that bench exercise? Pulling the head of the humerus down? Looks like essentially the same exercise.

osogoodgirl says:

Thank you so much for this! I did the second exercise and literally heard my shoulder click back in place! Amazing!

GrapeJelly says:

It's 4am and I can't sleep. I just did these 2 exercises and feel some relief now from my very, very sore shoulder. I will keep doing them. Thank you 🌷

Marlon Clark says:

I tried the countertop exercise and felt a small pop in the top of my shoulder. Is that good or bad?

Yosdany Granado says:

I have been in pain for months thinking that it will go away, I been doing everything wrong , lifting the arms even when it was painful, I found you guys and did what you recommend a few time and I can feel the relief.
I will do it every day
Thank you

Scorpioman1964 says:

Exercise nr 2 works only a few seconds. I'm doing this already for 5 days . Hopefully it will work better after a few weeks

David says:

you're a legend in your life time.

Tom J. says:

I’ve been suffering from a painful left shoulder for a few months now. I went to see my physiotherapist a month ago and he diagnoses impingement. One month on, I can’t do the first of these moves without discomfort, but the second one seems to be helping a little. I gather shoulders can take a particularly long time to heal but will persevere with this move and keep my fingers crossed. Thanks!

Alok Ranjan Singh says:

The second exercise really helps 😀
