Canโt believe itโs been 6 months that Iโve been doing this routine pretty much every day. Itโs the way I start the day and boy does it make a difference, it gives me an all over body stretch and my body is far less stiff once Iโve done it. It would be so easy to say my body hurts too much I canโt do it , if you can get over that mind set give it a go even if itโs hard to do at first it will do wonders to how your body feels and if your body feels better your mind has a I can do attitude instead of oh I canโt do that. I would definitely recommend this stretching routine. Thank you, thank you, thank you Meredith, you are changing peoples lives for better. Xxโค๏ธ

Hello Meredith. I have a question. I'm a 67 yr old male. I'm obese, but not really restricted by anything other than age and weight. I started last week with your "Senior Fitness-Low impact Cardio Workout". Then I found this "Stretches for Seniors and beginners". My question is, should I do this Stretches program BEFORE the Low Impact Cardio, or After? Or does it make a difference? Or is there another "warm up or cool down" routine I should be doing? I appreciate your advice.
Oh, my goodness Meredith….thank you for this stretch and more importantly, thank you for sharing Sedona, Az., with us, thank you, thank you, thank you. I do your other seated workouts; I so enjoy the challenge yet doability, don't think that's a word, but we'll make it one ๐ I work 10-12 hours a day standing and cleaning. I tweaked my back, bummer, but at least I have access to these wonderful workouts. Thank you, you're a very good teacher.
