I think where same injury in left knee. If i twist my knee it is going inside . I injured my self because of bad landing . And my left knee twist in inside. I hope this exercise can help me a lot . Can some1 help me diagnose what's wrong with my knee. Around a month ago i was playing in a football tournament and I suffered an injury to my knee. It wasnt from contact or any twisting I was just running onto the pitch ready to play the 4th game and I felt a sharp pain just below the bottom knee cap and its on the inner side. There wasn't any swelling or heat and I can put all my pressure onto it. Since then I have rested it and it seems fine. However after running for around 30mins it begins to hurt again and I can't do squats with alot of weight without it hurting aslo when walking for a long period of. Time it begins to hurt again. Can some1 please help diagnose what's wrong with it .

Hey I was playing football an my knee twist but the inside of my leg by the knee hurting if I stretch it out am getting pain behind my knee but I felt something pull behind my knee also what you think it is

I had an injury where my knee twisted and I heard a pop, I was able to walk normally pain free after the injury, however bending the knee was painful. I wrapped my leg and rested for ten days, then went to the gym to my trainer for rehab and hydrotherapy in the pool. Now I can live my life normally pain free, the only this painful is when I try to bend my knee completely, it improved a lot compared to when I was injured. I just want to know if this is normal and how severe was my injury by the description.
Edit: there was no swelling whatsoever after the injury occurred.
