Thank you did this video to-day as my mind felt motivated and was letting me know that I should try. I have not really excercised since trying going down 100 steps as I do not have that amount only 12 I had to keep going up them and having a THR I think I overdid it as it felt sore all week afterwards. So to-day felt like it and enjoyed this excercise video. Always greatly appreciate what you do and the encouragement you give me. Thank you.

After badly breaking my right leg last June I’ve been doing exercises advised by the Pythia and gradually introduced some by yourself Mike. They have been really helpful, my balance still isn’t brilliant but I’m working on it and today I’ve completed your full hour intermediate workout. So pleased with myself.
