I have been experiencing full-blown sciatica fo the first time in my life. It started about ten days ago and, after a week of resting, ice packs, ibuprofen, and little or no relief, I found this video. I felt some marginal relief with the first set of exercises. I’ve been doing them, combined with a “flossing” exercise, 2-3 times per day. Today – day 4 – I am feeling a significant and lasting reduction in pain and discomfort.
