Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair. It is beneficial if you have limited mobility. This class is meant for seniors 65 + and this sequence is used in nursing homes and home hospice care – anyone can do it! Chair yoga not only incorporates full-body movement but also breath and basic meditation techniques. This class will assist you in building strength, functionality in your body, memory tests as well as deepen your connection with yourself.

Well, hot rats! I’m in Long COVID recovery and most of the yoga videos (even for seniors) leave me short of breath and sore. This one still felt like my muscles were working, but no SOB issues. Yay!
