I have been doing the knee and lower back excerccises of Hasfit for the last five years and have benefitted tremendously from both. I have put the pain problems behind me totally. Thanks to Hasfit and both of you.
I would like to make two points : i ) Do you have any specific excercises for the prostrate muscles ? and ii) In India, we do not touch books with our feet. They are taken to be the symbols of the Goddess of Learning. So that part feels a bit jarring.
Your diversity of exercises are the best!! Love following you. Thank you do much!!!

I did these exercises for three weeks and developed Chondromalacia. I was doing the slow step ups and something snapped in my knee. I thought because these exercises were slow and gentle they would be fine. I've been laid up for a week now. Please remember to consult with your doctor before beginning any new exercises if you have ad prior injury/trauma/arthritis.
