Thank you so much for this. I really appreciate it. My heel started feeling better right away.
Did theses three things and my Achilles tendon feels less painful without pain medicine. Definitely saving this video cause I trust a chiropractor then a doctor for pain like this.
What to do when posterior extension of heel or calcaneal spur is severe and visible? Please reply …
Angle ligament Karachi
Thank goodness, instantly no pain more in my tendon
Man the achilles is truly the great warriors biggest weakness. I can't walk, run or put pressure on my heel or take off from it. The achilles and plantar are so worn out I have to ice on a nightly basis. Thanks for this great video it helped a lot.
Hi. I am wondering what has happened. I use to jumprope and walk regularly, but have been away from it for a couple of years. I recently returned to this method of exercise and now every time i jump, my ankles become inflamed and swollen. This has never happened before, but over these last few months I can go and jump but even with long breaks in between the ankle healing (up to 2 weeks) i am still getting the inflamed and swollen ankle.
I don't know if this has to do with weight gain or something else, but I find it so bizarre that I was once able to walk and jump for long periods of time with no problem and being the same weight and now all of a sudden I can't do this anymore.
If I lose a significant amount of weight, and then return back to jumping, will my inflammation finally go away?
Can i perform these exercise? I just got the Achilles Tendinitis like 5days ago.
This Video Really Helped me Out because I have an Achilus Tendon and Tested it again No more pain and now I'm able to walk properly
Would this work with toe walker?
2years of bad physio and chyro advice. Dont massage or pinch or do archilles stretches. Unless you know the damage it can cause by rushing the healing. Dont use anti-inflammatory pills. Dont skip!! I couldn't run for 2 years and after bad advice I watched a SA lady in the UK give good advice. So I worked on warm ups.(slow walks) and only double calf raise on a flat floor. Once i got 5 sets of 15,i increased walk distance from 3-5km at about 13min per km. After 2 months the double calf raise became a single leg exercise with 10-15 reps x3 sets. 2 years later and gradual increases I am now running 2-3km at a 6.30pace and can dont weighted calf raise and a inch below 180° stretch in the movement. If you want to mess you archilles up and have a thump size ball bulging and paining for a long time,go get acupuncture, and vigorous therapy that keeps you from walking normally for months…years. in short, strength, slow walks. And all gradual 5to 10% increases if possible until you can shuffle and feel no pain. Its crap, but worth it being able to run again.
Stay away from Tenjet surgeries and be aware that 99% physio's run off a manual, and that doesnt work for each case. Causing inflammation by pressure and over stretching holds you back months depending on the damage.
i wish i could do this but it hurts way too much to even move my foot slightly love the video tho.
Am happy to see him using ice cubes cos I used it too n am done with the pain.
Obviously there are various injury levels of AT. So claiming that there is "a simple fix" is not accurate. The diagnosis comes first which involves the age of the person, the type and severity of the injury. I know for a fact that sever knee and Achilles Tendon injuries can easily require the body to spend a year or two to fully heal them during which time you have to baby them and not do what injured them in the first place while practicing good nutrition. The reason that they take long to heal a sever tear is that both the knee and the ankle support up to 1000 pounds of peak weight when running or jumping.
I think that it is time that YouTube stopped allowing claims such as this to headline a post. Achilles heel pain takes weeks or longer to get better no matter what you do. If it is better in 4 minutes then it is not tendonitis.
thank you so much
3 years ago I broke my leg , dislocated my ankle and had a compound fracture on the inside of the left foot ankle joint , I’ve struggled since, only being 28 it’s had a massive impact on my mental health. I will give this a try and see how I get on !
Still have pain after after fracture.
thank you dude omg i feel so good rn : )
Wouldn't that stretch the tendon to heal long?
