Hey dr jo. When I use that band and pull out I feel a click in my shoulder.
Are these the same excercises if you've knocked your elbow? It is not broken, but just getting pain like Tennis Elbow and taking some time to heal – it's been around 5 to 6 weeks. Appreciate your help – great video by the way.
Hi DoctorJo: I broke my elbow many years ago, and didn't know it. I had two surgeries on it to reagian ful lrange o fmotion. After years of failed pyhsical therapy I am approximately 30% short of full extension. altough the joint has been cleared teh muslces surrounding my left elbow will not "relax" enough to regain full extension. Do you have any strecthing exercises that coudl help. I continue to lift and compete so being able to extend fully woudl be extremely helpful. thank you!
i swear it did work on me thanks soo much
i had the pain for weeks and its gone
Exercise for distal biscep tendonitis??

How to treat elbow popping.
hey doc, I've been experiencing sharp elbow pain and popping whenever I extend my elbow. It only hurts and pops on the outside of my elbow when I fully extend my arm. Not when I lift anything or make a fist or raise my hand. It started hurting after I threw about 60 pitches of whiffle ball a week ago. I've been resting it since, but there hasn't been much improvement. I often wake up in the middle of the night and instinctively straighten my arm, and this makes it pop and hurt the most, and today it has been the worst during the day since the day after I got injured. The weird thing is, whenever I go through the throwing motion, it doesn't hurt. Do you know what causes this and any ways of treating it (like stretches or exercises)? I've been researching around and the closest thing I found to it is a UCL injury, or maybe olecranon bursitis (which I don't think it is because there isn't much swelling).
Hey doctor, I get Triceps Tendon Inflammation. My elbow pain when pushing up lower than 120 angle. So I prefer to stop pushing up.
I perform Cable Pushdown to strength my triceps in order to recover.
my arm from 100 angle to straight arm- no elbow pain
my arm from 90 angle to straight arm- sometimes elbow pain
my arm from 80 angle to straight arm- elbow must pain
I afraid 100 angle is not bend enough. I afraid It cannot strength triceps. Bending more can let triceps recover much better?
