In a previous video (https://youtu.be/t2AwdV0OVHo) we went through a simple test to see if altering the activation in midline structures of your body could influence your knee pain while squatting. If you find that the band rotations help you or your clients, then we have some additional exercises you may want to try as well.

In this video, we’re going to run through some easy ways to use light weights to regress or progress your squat and keep that knee pain away. Grab some dumbbells and give it a try!

Video Highlights:

– A squatting strategy to help you get one pain-free rep
– A regressed option to get you started
– A progression to gradually load your hip rotators and spinal stabilizers
