I have some sciatica in my right leg and man, this really made it feel better.
Hi Joelle, I just found you the other day. I love your exercises for injuries, and add them to my yoga practices. I just would like to comment on one thing. When in pain I canยดt do lateral moves or anything to strengthen the area. I tried that in the last weeks and that has exacerbated my pain and tightness to an extreme. I canยดt even sit anymore. Would you recommend doing those exercises in pain-free times, or is it just me? I donยดt have anything fractured as I am aware. I was diagnosed with 2 prolapses, trochanteric bursitis (better), and sciatica. Although Iยดm sure itยดs the IT band/piriformis as well. Thank you so much for your videos. ๐

Great video. It really helps. I canโt do a lot of videos right now since some of the back bends aggravate things. Nice to have alternatives while I heal.
