Those are the exercises I do every day for lumbar spine proplapses and hip bursitis. I love them. But I don´t get relief, just for a short time. Do you think I have a serious injury? I commented on the other video that I got an intervention, but 3 days after I´m the same as before! What can I do?
I do this every night and it has really helped me so far. The only downside is the loud music after the practice, I always have to grab my phone immediately to lower the volume or else I'd wake my parents up. Haha Nevertheless, wonderful practice. Thanks!

About a year ago, I recovered from a ruptured disc through Physical Therapy. I wasn’t a believer in PT at first, but they took me from barely able to walk to jogging in 2 weeks.
Recently, I re-injured my lower back while hiking (failed to stretch before the hike). Fearing that it was a disc issue again, I searched YouTube and Instagram and found Jessica. After a week of non-stop pain, I found this video and her sciatic fix video. For the first night in over a week, I slept AND woke up with no pain! None. I was still tight and sore, but the pain was gone. I couldn’t believe it.
Tonight is night #2. I performed the same two videos and added her hip stretch video, realizing that my hips were basically locked down tight. Still no pain. It’s wonderful. Thank you for creating these videos!
I felt a good release from this. My hips are warm with circulation. Thank-you.
