Hi Doc. This stretch helps me. But i can barely cross my legs, as if my muscle is too stiff. So should I go ahead force to cross the affected leg and go ahead with the stretch?
I do squats it hurts, I garden(basically squats again), I bend over to grab things in the fridge and anything I need while cooking and it hurts.. I've never experienced this bad of pain till I started getting adjusted. What could be going on?

Hi Doc! I'm diabetic with CIDP, Footdrop and Sciatica nerve pain and numbness in my hips. I'm unable to walk properly. I could not even get up sometimes. But the problem is I still to go to work to feed my family. My situation got worse since the pandemic ๐
My nerves got pull in hip what to do?
I have knee pain on the same side, stretches make my knee worse๐ฃ
