I absolutely hate stretching & dont enjoy doing this routine buuuuuuuut it really does help me with my bulging disc pain & after a week or so of doing it I feel a lot more nimble as well so it defo works.

I have an old injury in my right leg, causing severe tightness. I also have scoliosis in my back.
This video helps my whole body to be in the correct alignment, easing so much of my all-over pain.

this is a routine to do as much as needed . The relief was immediate and after a warm Epsom salt bath it is wonderful. thank you David for the calm and clear instructions. You calm me down, thinking and body. You makes me aware of my surroundings.
