Do you suffer from shoulder pain and limited, painful range of motion? This at-home stretching routine for shoulder pain can help! I’m sharing 6 of the best physical therapy stretches to treat shoulder pain at home. These home exercises can be performed anywhere with no equipment needed to help improve your shoulder pain and discomfort.

I’m a little ashamed to admit – I had shoulder pain for quite a while (about a year). It was brought on by the perfect combination of over-training in the gym, sleeping poorly on it at night, and throwing a lot of baseball batting practice to my son’s little league team.

I would consistently perform rotator cuff strengthening exercises which would help make it tolerable, but never actually heal it or even help it to make any progress.

Finally I’d had enough. I decided to go all-in with a specific and regular stretching routine in combination with my rotator cuff exercises and sure enough – in about 4 weeks my pain was completely gone.

That’s the routine that I’m sharing with you in this video today. I have some very specific stretches for very specific parts of your shoulder that are intended to increase your pain-free range of motion and eliminate your shoulder pain. They worked wonders for me, they’ve helped numerous patients of mine, and I hope they help you, too.

DISCLAIMER: Not all shoulder pain is the same. Depending on the cause of your pain, these exercises might not be the best treatment for your specific pain. Your best option is to get get it checked out by a local professional. The exercises presented in this video and on this channel are intended for educational purposes and are not meant to be taken as medical advice for your specific pain or problem.
