Thank you so much for this! Iβve been doing your workouts for a year and love them. Then, at the end of 2021, I slipped and broke my ankle, which required surgery. To go from active to suddenly in a cast and bed-bound was hard. I was looking for something to keep me active without overtaxing me or risk injuring my ankle. This was a great and challenging workout!
I'm in my 30s but chronically ill and have been sedentary for years, losing even my daily walks during covid. This is the level I need to ease back into movement, build some endurance and confidence. Thank you!
I've got back/neck/shoulders pain after following a cardio routine which is quite intense, and I guess my muscles were not strong enough for it lol… plus I'm working on fixing my posture. Anyway in the meantime I'm going to do this workout as it looks like it'll be easier on my upper body. π
If you say this is one of the best workouts you have done, why haven't you made more. My wife and I really enjoy doing this and the other seated workout you have made. Please make more seated exercises.
Fantastic for me at 74, but how many times per week for this?
I just had ankle surgery and sitting still drives me CRAZY. I love their standing workouts so figured why not give this seated one a try! WeeWoo!
