Senior & Beginner Workout – Chair Low-Impact Cardio 30 Minutes.
Get your heart rate up with this all seated low-impact fun cardio workout!

This seated workout is easy on the joints while strengthening the entire body including your heart!

Light dumbbells 1-5lbs can be used for the arm strengthening section of this workout. If you don’t have hand weights you can also use water bottles or soup cans.

This is so nice, but I notice that the pace is still a little too fast for some of the exercises, and I am a reasonably fit 60 year old! I was thinking of sending this to my 85 year old parents, but I realize they would find the pace much too fast.
