I just started having major lower back pain, I exercise daily (well did) now I can’t hardly move. If I’m seated in a chair and I lift my left leg it hurts to breathe.

Oh my gosh, the pillow exercise works great. I hate laying on my stomach but this brought a TON of relief. It is July 27th and I have been in immense pain sine April 23. I have had two epidurals that solved my severe back issue but the sciatica was hanging on for dear life. Thank God for you two,vI am grateful!
