I have knee crunchy noise when squatting or lunging. Without pain. Would these exercises help quite it down some ?

This looks more of a prevention of patella knee tendontiis to not fix it. I cant do any of these because my left is hurts like hell . Even setting down ends up hurting when my knee is bent on a 90 degree angle
