Today, I’m going to cover the five best exercises to help strengthen your knee, especially after an injury or during recovery.
These exercises will strengthen the muscles in the knee. They will also help provide symmetry between both knees and the muscles in the front of the knee and back of the knee.
Typically, a person will injure one knee, which sets up a pattern of putting pressure on the opposite knee. Over time, this can create asymmetrical stress. You may have hurt your right ankle, but 20 years later, you have pain in your left knee because of years of compensation.
The best exercises to stop knee pain:
1. Quad stretch
2. Heel/calf stretch
3. Half squat
4. Hamstring curl
5. Straight leg raises

Wow you have always had such good info. Clearly ignore the haters.
I am diabetic and 55 years old. 3 years back 1 medicine was changed which was containing 1000 IU vitamin D. And new medicine did not contain any vitamin D. 4 month back, suddenly not able to jog for 6 km and it is reduced to walking. After seeing your no. of videos, started taking 20 k IU vitamin D, 4 month back daily after dinner. Now last week onward started jogging continuously for 6 km without any problem. Hope 20 K vitamin will not create any problem for me and decided to take life long ???
Dr Berg i have a question a boy 15 year he was sick the doctor say he has fructure in hip side now he recovered but still he can't walk by his own,recently Dr after exray he said inside his bone has no bones marrow, can you suggest food that can help him

Not sure why my knee joints hurt after doing half squat, i tried to do it correctly but dont know why?
Knee pain coming from L4/L5. & L5/S1 issues? Also, calf pain. I see Pain Management doctor but I’m still in quite a bit of pain.
