Whether you have an injury – or not, often we are told to glute stretches and stretches at the gym.

If there’s a way of bringing in more activities to release off the knee, it’s worth doing so.

When we’re doing our normal glute warm-up, one of the muscles that comes down the inner-thigh attaches in to the front of the knee. It’s one of the common causes of knee problems and it also changes your normal walking patterns.
