Hey Coach, I have been following your videos from many years. I had shoulder surgery in February, to fix a two-part humerus fracture, and it is almost completely healed . As my physical therapy ends in a couple of weeks, I definitely want to continue exercising to regain more range of motion and strength. Is this work out a good one to do a few months after shoulder surgery, or do you have a better work out that I might do? Thanks!
