4 Common Stretches for Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendinitis are demonstrated. The Negative Heel Stretch (the final one) should be avoided when these injuries occur. The Gastroc Stretch, The Soleus Stretch and the Plantar Fascial Wall Stretches are all safe to do with plantar fasciitis and achilles tendinitis. Never stretch with pain. I`ve been adhering to this particular plantar fasciitis treatment for a couple of days and I’m happy that it has treated the soreness. It has allowed me to walk and run without difficulty again. Contemplating my improvement, I think I can get back to taking part in soccer by the end of the week. I believe that my instructor is mistaken about stating that it`s not possible to alleviate plantar fasciitis within days.. I think Google is the best way to research this guide. Hi Doc, I have been doing the last stretch because it was recommended by my chiro because my right side pelvis is forward and back. I do this for five minutes every morning. It feels great but I can see your point. And, my right leg is still shorter than my left. My plantar fasciitis hurts more than my hip so I am fine with giving it up.

here's several tips worth trying
Test out one of the natural remedies for plantar foot. Something as simple as ginger root, which can be bought at your drug store, is a good anti-inflammatory. Ginger root is in a group of plants known as Cox inhibitors. That means they prevent inflammation naturally.
Another natural remedy for pain is Bromelain. Bromelain is an enzyme got from pineapples. If you drink the raw juice or eat raw pineapple, you can gt advantage from the properties of Bromelain. Enzymes are one of the top remedies for pain because they are all natural and are what your body uses to cure inflammation
(I discovered these and more ideas on fergs foot formula site )

All 4 stretching exercises seem to have the same affect whereas the achillies tendon is being stretched in all your examples… is there any difference between these 4 exercises?

Of course, no you tube video should take the place of your doc or PT advice. This is just what I tell my patients. Rich
