Iโm a new subscriber. I started doing the spoon massage on my knees a couple of weeks ago , my brother told me about this treatment and it really works. It also works on both of my wrists , I felt a lot of grit when I first started doing it and the pain was relieved after. It may not work for everybody but it really works for me. I do have osteoarthritis and this treatment is going to be a part of my daily routine, most especially after I cut the grass in my yard. Thank you!
