If you are under 21 and play with friend in your society and got hurt while playing and nerve behind your knee hurts while walking and running , do these exercises, they are great and helful for immediate rests , and with these don't forget to do rest and hot or cold compression !! This might help you !!

my knee pain started from doing lunges for 5 days. i immediately replaced lunges w other knee friendly exercises but it still hurts to sit, get up or walk up the stairs. i am looking forward to trying this to get rid of the pain
