Powerful exercises for knee pain Sir, since from 10 days I was suffering from knee pain, regularly I am doing exercises, but it was of no use. From day before yesterday I observed your video and followed the same, within two days I got very much relief from pain. Thank you very much Sir. I am 80. I am doing these 10 exercises. It is quite beneficial.I have a problem which is not yet cured, The problem is that when I try to unfold the bent leg, there is severe pain in the thigh muscles attach with the knee. Kindly suggest some exercise. I have implanted the hip on the other side.

thank you so much Dr. I am female 56 years old . I have started both knee pain a year ago , But it started with stiffness 3 years ago . we have just move to a house , where it has stairs . if i climb up stairs i can hear cracking noise it pain also but still i can manage , but , in the morning if i have to go down stairs i feel pain in knees , especially in the morning . but it decrease little bit less at the end of the day . when i m working in the kitchen , if i bend little bit my knee to get something from lower cupboard i feel slight pain.
my question is in your video you saying patients can do cycling , is it safe to do cycling ? and second question is , as u saying about climb up stairs start with one feet which have no pain then the other step . but i have pain in both knees so how should climb the stairs ?
