I really like this workout. It’s good for me because I have lots of physical problems but am basically fit.
I broke my ankle a few weeks ago and the doctor told me to stay off my feet for several weeks. So, thank you for this. It is a lifesaver! I exercise regularly and did not expect much from 'sit and be fit', but this is a nice, complete workout that challenges me.
