Cindy I've had neck and back surgery..I've gained so much weight ..My abs, butt and legs ..Before my surgeries I workout 4 days a week…I'm really afraid because I'm still having pain in my lower back..I'm going to try some of your exercises because I really feel bad about the way I'm I'm looking..I was really in shape before
