I have arthritis in my hips. When I wake up I am stiff and achy. I discovered these exercises last week. What a difference. I do the standing warm up and these hip exercises each morning and I feel soo much better when I am finished. Thanks so much Mike. Love your exercises.

most exercise videos for hip and back pain is laying down on the floor,
I CAN NOT GET ON OR OFF THE FLOOR…. it is so frustrating,
I'm not old just in pain and getting on the floor is painful BUT getting up is excruciating.

Its hard to find out which direction of movement is beneficial and which makes things worse.
With (shoulder) rotator cuff its easy to get it right.
I have very slight pain in right hip joint which is relieved by putting leg downwards and not holding it up – and many exercises get you to grab your knee and pull it up – completely wrong thing to do for me. That's all I know so far, its mechanically complicated ….
