Interesting comments on push up vs. pull ups. Since my GI days, I can crank out push ups….pull ups…yikes no. But If Bob can knock em out at 61 then no excuse for me.

I gave up push ups a few years ago, but after watching I held 5 lb wts in my hands and started with three, could hardly move my arms, but now after three days I can do 8 to ten at one time and can lower a little bit more, lol. Took your advice and do these throughout the day. Your videos are so helpful

You remind me of Jack LaLane with those Jumping Jacks… actually I watched him but didn’t start exercising until 44 because I had a horrible compulsive eating disorder… in 1985 God healed me of overeating disorder… since then my weight is ideal and I exercise everyday… I love ❤️ your instructions…

Can you please either show variations to these or alternatives for people like myself who've had knee surgery (patella reconstruction). My mobility is limited where I can't get on my knees or bend too much. One really doesn't realize how much we use our knees until you lose the ability to do so!
