can sciatica be in the front of your thighs?
This exercise has only made my pain worse. I have a herniated disc (between L5 and the os sacrum)
Hi, thanks for the video. I have a question, my lumbar disc bulge is more prominent on the left side. Does that require any modification in terms of positioning my body while doing these exercises?
Still referring my ergonomic clients to this site over and over again. Why? these two use #EvidenceBased approaches to diagnosis and treatment of #BackPain. Well done fellow #Physiotherapists
LOL, the opening song credits would make a great ringtone.
Thank you, explained well, i am bit confused how to shift pain back to my lower back, will my disc go back in place
And yet, I am fused at L-4 and L-5 but experience severe pain down my Right leg; outer to front, not back of the leg. Before the surgery I had experienced pain down the back of my Left leg. With this stated; "How is it that I experience pain at all" ? Being as I am fused.
I just wanted to tell you, God will bless you for putting this video on here. Following this video has kept me away from the chiro for the last 2 years. And I send people here to watch and learn from you. Thank you very very much!
Beautiful! Excellent video
I am healed in 2 days. Thanks a million
This is a good video, but I get pain in the feet / legs and tingling when doing this
Guys, you follow these two docs' teaching and do the exercises well! They are amazing! Got herniated disc 6 months ago and the pain was immense. And my doctor says he can introduce me to some surgeons rather than giving me exercises. I was quite depressed and found Bob and Brad. I followed their instructions and did the Makinze exercise quite seriously. Now I am completely healed (may be). I can even lift my leg while laying on the bed which is a very difficult task for people with herniated discs or sciatica. Cannot thank enough to these docs! They are like angels for me.
Can you do this kind of exercise if you don't have a herniated disc???
I have been doing these exercises for several months. They are great and I have so far been able to avoid surgery. Thanks Bob and Brad!
Please do not do this exercise. It will damage your facet joints. These clowns do not know what they are talking about.
Felicidades, es un buen ejemplo.
250 sentadillas son unos KISSSS.Uno muchas y un buen ejercicio.
5:25 Se deja ver que hay muy buenos resultados 😍👍

Hi B & B
I have chronic pain daily
2 years ago in pandemic I strained my groin with associated hip pain.
Tight pisoras muscle, +
Mckenzie position offers back L5 relief but tight going hip stops ability to full mckenzie position.
Can you do a quick combination treatment example. 68, male, 17stone
Fit & strong normaly
I’ve been doing these exercises for 2 weeks now, yet I’m still in pain going down to my foot. I get shocks in my big toe and it’s hard to stand for a few minutes at a time. I’m going to keep up the regimen and hopefully soon recover, but as of now still in severe pain.
Does this depend on which disc/s are herniated? If it's a cervical spine herniation is neck backbending also ok?
