V says:

I've had surgery on both hands for trigger finger, painful as hell! It took a good 1.5 years to fully recover from surgery, get full range of motion and I found stretching your fingers backwards, forwards and using small bungie chords anchored to something and use them as resistance, finally the best for me is the varying levels of softness balls you squeeze and roller balls. Being a mechanic for years, I've learned the hard way to stretch my hands daily, before doing any work and after.

mystic dragon says:

Thank you. I’m only 32 and I have arthritis in my hands. I frequently drop items and feel depressed because my hands look older than I am. But hopefully this will help. Thank you!

John E. says:

What is the name of that floor gadget again please?

BrightonMusic says:

How heavy should the dumbells be?

randez626 says:

You didn't explain the reps & sets for the thumb exercises and how often

Sergio says:

I have been using the Arthritis Gloves from finecompress. com for 2 months now, they helped me relieve some pain in my hands, and also they helped me sleep at nights, I recommend them 10/10

Nicole Sandberg says:

These exercises came in handy. Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos. Love your content.

Jennie Swanson says:

Live the rubber band ones. I am 59, some carpal tunnel, and little grip strength. I have some knobbiness in my knuckles, maybe arthritis. I'm going to try these at work.

pgadams says:

Love you guys, your stuff is great, have recommended to many others.

bonnie nadine newman says:

king Yousaf says:

Thank u i do have sharp pain in hands bones sometimes in different movements

Chris Yoakum says:

I have a problem with my interphalangeal joint in my thumb from gripping (or over gripping) pencils and hand tools like hammers etc. Very hard to find information on this joint because of the prevalence of arthritis in the other joints of the thumb from phone and video games. Do you have anything I can do to strengthen or ease pain in this joint?

Kathleen May Horne says:

I have had gout for 20 years, I find with limiting acidic foods and using my hands to crochet, with less springy yarns than wool, or doing other crafts, along with epsom salts therapy baths, I do not need to take medication for gout. I never had lumpy fingers, until my cancer surgeon prohibited me from getting in the tub for 2 years. My fingers have improved, are less noticable, since I am doing therapy baths again, though I don't think the lumps can ever completely go away now. I will try your tips, as long as I don't hurt my fingers doing things, I find movement helpful.

Lisa K says:

I’m in my early 50’s and have had arthritic pain in my right hand for over ten years. It comes and goes and sometimes it’s unbearable. I think it’s from my job which caused overuse. Thanks for teaching these exercises. I will give them a try. 😊🌻

NindeNM says:

Thank you, Bod and Brad for all the great videos! I've watched so many of them and they are so helpful! I was wondering if you could make a video about foot extensor tendonitis. Thank you!

Frank Mercurio says:

The thumb joint is my problem. Thanks for the info. I'll give the exercises a try.

Momi Kabir says:
