When Joelle suggested to lay with my back down I immediately had a bad thought โ€œoh no, I might have to stay laying here waiting for my partner to come back home to help me upโ€. This is how bad my sciatic pain has been for the past 7 years. Every time I lay down I have such excruciating pain that sometimes I feel like the wrong movement might make my leg not work anymore. Itโ€™s terrible.

Thank you so much for this exercise video! Ive been suffering hamstrings pain over a year now whenever I do need to kick higher during my Irish dance practicing. Ive been seeing my chiropractic doctor but the pain never goes. Today, for the first time I went to orthopedic surgical clinic and the pain is caused by piriformis syndrome and Sciatica pain.
